I just watched Jay Chou's Secret

Okay okay, I'm a bit slow on the uptake, but its really a very nice show! The time travelling thing is a bit crappy, but the plot definitely has some merit in it.

In a way, its a very egoistical show in that it showcases Jay Chou, but that aside, the theme that a relationship can be a private 2 people affair that does not care about the external influence is really thought provoking.

What I really liked in the show was how the relationship play between Jay's character and the girl he liked.

Which really boils down to 1 question.

Recently there was the movie '300' which shows many many well defined guys jumping around, acting cool, looking good.

After surfing around, apparently they had to undergo a very long and tedious training program at Gym Jones, which apparently is an invite only gym.

After looking at that workout. I feel.... weak.

But I would definitely love to do their 'graduation' workout though
