So what is the V-Diet?

The V-diet is a rather advanced diet made popular by the t-nation folks. Originally, it was used for crazily fat people who's life would be endangered if they did not lose weight as fast as possible.

The basic idea? Keeping track of all macro nutrient needs, will being able to precisely control the intake aspects as well as the energy expenditure aspect.

Nowadays, everybody's so caught up in their busy schedule that they seldom actually connect with other people. And even if they do, there is usually this phase of superficiality before they talk about deeper, more intimate matters.

Change things, with a 30 day trial

Most people make new year resolutions during the hedonistic weeks of christmas, new years, drinking, and partying. Most of the times unfortunately, it doesn't seem to even last through the middle of January.

Instead of creating new year resolutions, why not short term committments, like January resolutions. If it doesn't work out, like you didn't appreciate the effects or something, just feel free to abandon it on 31st Jan.

Tips to life from a Stock Trader

I just borrowed this book, Jesse Livermore: World's Greatest Stock Trader - By Richard Smitten,  from the library yesterday. Basically Jesse Livermore is known as the world's most famous stock trader, having made millions, lost it, and made it again. He's also the inspired character in the book 'Reminiscences of a Stock Operator' which is one of the compulsory read books if you ever want to do trading in an Investment Bank.
